A 6-Month Group Coaching & Feminine Healing Container
Hormone Glow Up is a 6-month virtual group coaching and feminine healing container. We will meet for 3 live virtual classes per month that are always recorded. You’ll also have access to a private portal through the Kajabi app where all class recordings will be uploaded so you can rewatch as many times as you desire, and I will continuously record and add bonus content to the portal (including home workouts!) Each month we’ll focus on a specific topic in the realm of women’s health, hormones and healing and we will dive into each topic from a very scientific physical lens as well as emotional & energetic lenses.
Each month I will teach a deep dive class on the topic, guide a somatic healing class, and facilitate a community group coaching call where everyone gets the opportunity to ask questions, receive personal guidance, share, connect and learn together in a safe sisterhood space full of like-minded women on similar healing journeys. This will be 6 months of deep healing and transformation and this container is suitable for women who are open and committed to their healing and ready to learn, unlearn, get vulnerable and do the work.
